Pedro Zardo has been working for more than 15 years on intellectual property matters, IP Litigations, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, unfair competition, analysis of strategies to protect intellectual property rights in Brazil and Abroad, agreements including trademarks and patent licensing agreements, Digital Rights, supply of technology, and technical assistance agreements and business strategies related to such rights.


Pedro has Law Degree from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo (2003). Specialization Degree in Intellectual Property from law school of Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/SP (2010). LLM Degree hearing in Brazilian Civil Procedure from Pontifícia Universidade Catórlica – PUC/SP (2021). Postgraduate Degree in Brazilian Civil Procedure from Pontifícia Universidade Catórlica – PUC/SP (2022). Brazilian Bar Member. Lecturer in courses against piracy promoted by FIESP – Federation Of Industries in the State of São Paulo and Fórum Nacional Contra a Pirataria e Ilegalidade - FNCP.
