I have extensive experience handling high-profile cases involving patents, trademarks, software, unfair competition, piracy, and related issues.


Former President of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Bernardo do Campo/SP Chapter.


Speaker at events organized by the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) and the National Forum Against Piracy and Illegality (FNCP), in partnership with public authorities, particularly the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and law enforcement agencies.
