With a solid 30-year career dedicated to Intellectual Property, Patrícia is an expert in the strategic management of trademark portfolios both nationally and internationally. Her expertise ranges from high-level legal counseling to practice in administrative and judicial litigation, providing legal support to Brazilian and foreign companies in the protection of their intangible assets.

She served as a teacher for the ABAPI (Brazilian IP Agents Association) Trademark Course (2000 and 2017) and was the co-coordinator of the ABPI (Brazilian IP Association) Trademark Commission (2014-2015). She has been active in International Trademark Association (INTA) committees since 2008 and is currently a member of the Legislation and Regulation Committee (2026-2027 term).
