Nathalia is an attorney with over ten years of experience in Intellectual Property. She has extensive expertise in trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright law, unfair competition law, fashion law and entertainment law. She is experienced in handling administrative, contractual, advisory, and out-of-court matters and offers strategic solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
In addition to her professional practice, she is a co-author of published works in the field of Intellectual Property and serves as a lecturer in undergraduate and graduate programs. She is also a speaker at Intellectual Property events and a member of the following committees: Intellectual Property, Fashion law and Digital Law.
