Throughout my career, I’ve developed strategic legal solutions to protect intangible assets — trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and software — for national and international clients. I’ve led teams, restructured legal departments, and helped build the Digital Law practice, especially during the implementation of Brazil’s LGPD and the European GDPR.

I’ve also contributed to the legal community as a postgraduate professor and coauthor of articles published in books on Intellectual Property, the Brazilian Internet Bill of Rights, and the Metaverse.
