She has Master’s degree and is currently PhD candidate in International and
Comparative Law at the University of São Paulo, where she also earned her law
degree. She holds a specialization in Integration Law from the Jean Monnet Chair
at the University of Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) and in Entertainment Law from
CEU/IICS (São Paulo). Author of several articles and works related to dispute
resolution and intellectual property. She taught dispute resolution in the
postgraduate program in business law at Universidade São Judas Tadeu. She has
over 15 years of experience in litigation and arbitration in complex cases involving
intellectual property, innovation, digital law, and contracts. She serves as an
arbitrator at the Conflict Resolution Center of the University of São Paulo and at the
Dispute Resolution Center of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association
(ABPI).
