Carla holds a Law degree from Universidade Nove de Julho and has been working in the

field of Intellectual Property since 2014. She currently serves as a Legal Analyst in the

Commercial Department at Peduti Advogados, where she is responsible for negotiating

and closing legal service agreements, developing commercial strategies, providing legal

guidance, and advising clients on Intellectual Property matters.

She has completed specialized training in Intellectual Property through ESAOABSP and

Verbo Jurídico, combining strong technical expertise with a strategic business perspective.

Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in trademarks, patents,

industrial designs, copyrights, and other intellectual property assets, delivering qualified legal

support and tailored solutions to companies across a wide range of industries.
