Social purpose projects which are supported by Peduti Sociedade de Advogados;
This support is concretized in the following manner:

  1. 1. Any customer of Peduti Sociedade de Advogados, be it new or already making part of our portfolio, may enter in any of the websites of the institutions below and make a donation of up to ten percent (10%)out of the total of the estimate received;

  2. 2. As soon as we receive donation confirmation, we will proceed to a discount in the respective charging of the fees in the amount equivalent to TWICE the amount donated, comprising a discount of twenty percent (20%) of the professional fees;

  3. 3. Immediately, the institution which received the donation will provide the donating company with a model of Normative Instruction 87/96 of the Internal Revenue Service which will serve for the respective discount before the Income Tax;

  4. 4. Repass is simple. Fill in a form and join the donation certificate. These documents shall be used for ABATEMENT of the INCOME TAX until the limit of one percent (1%) out of the amount due, valid only for legal entities based on actual profit. Micro and small companies which choose by Simple [Sistema Integrado de Pagamento de Impostos e Contribuições das Microempresas e das Empresas de Pequeno Porte – Integrated System of Payment of Taxes and Contributions of the Micro and Small Enterprises] cannot abate these donations.

Lar Maria de Lourdes: : Lar Maria de Lourdes is a non-profit institution, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, with capacity to meet, in residence regime, 50 abed children and adolescents, handicapped and/or with mental disorder.
